Kilt's first litter...Where are they now?

Kilt's first litter by Jet are coming 4 yrs. of age this January.  All of them have sound stock sense.  All are structurally sound dogs. All will bend over backwards to please their owners. They have all received very loving homes. Interestingly enough, they are doing a variety of different things.

Yoko stayed with us.  I so wish I had more time for her.  She would be an agility star.  Yo is solid muscle and so much more careful about her jumping skills than her very fast father, Jet.  I'm still working on my husband to start trialing her in agility.  She qualified for the National Nursery Finals.  She is trialing well in Pro-Novice.  I hope to move her up to the open classes next year.  Her desire to please is over the top.

Flo is moving to Hawaii in the next coming week.  Jeff purchased her for agility, but sometimes life gets in the way of things.  She is a well put together dog with a wonderful personality.  She just goes with the "Flo" just like her name.  She is the most laid back of all the puppies.  She gets along with everyone and everything. The last picture I have of her is sitting on a bar stool in a Pub next to Jeff.  LOL

Moses is in Washington.  He appears to be the most talented as far as drive and stock ability.  He is a big, happy go lucky guy that gets along great with everything and everybody.  He has his sire's drive for agility and his mothers drive on stock.  It's a winning combination.  I'd like to produce a few more just like him.

Whisper is in Canada.  She loves to work stock when the owners have time to do so.  Karen says that Whisper LOVES being in the limelight for large events (must take after her Mom)  She is the poster child for CDART (Canadian Disaster Animal Response Team).  She is involved in obedience and tracking.

Tadhg is in Arizona.  He is a natural on sheep.  His owner says he is the most awesome dog ever.  He goes to a school for autistic children where he is a therapy dog when he isn't performing at Renaissance Faires, etc. with his owner.  Quin is very involved with horses and teaching, so Tadhg gets to be a barn dog alot of the time.

It doesn't matter to us what they do, as long as they are in loving homes.  It does matter to us that they are sound physically and mentally and have the capability to do whatever is asked of them.  That's a fact.  Here's hoping Kilt's next litter with Buzz will be just as special!

That's great that you know what all the litter is doing, and where they are:)

I have been lucky. All the owners touch base with me from time to time to tell me how their pups are doing.

For 2 yrs. I have wanted to do this breeding. After watching Buzz's full sister Dot work sheep the last year, I knew I had to do it. Here's hoping for Dec. 21st pups.
