More of Pismo Beach

Look how clear the water is.  Ice plant in the foreground.

Our poppy fields are done by June.  They still looked nice at the beach in late July.

These red firecracker flowers were growing from an aloe vera type of plant.

Lots of pelicans flying by. These photos I took with my new $70 used camera I purchased off of E-bay that fits very nicely in my back pocket. :0)

These orange yellow flowers were quite spectacular

And, that my friends, is how you take a disappointing day (trial) and make it a wonderful day. :0)

You're a 'cup half full' kind of person:)
We only ever see ice plant as a bedding plant at the nursery.
