Welcome to Walk-Up Border Collies
Wayne and Suzanne Anaya, Green Valley, California Border Collies entered our world when Riorun Jet came to us from Patrick Shannahan 9 yrs. ago. Jet has taught me a lot. We made it to the open classes only working sheep twice a week and without having our own sheep to work. It can be done. Next, Keen-Eye Kilt came to us from Keen-Eye stockdogs in Canada. Kilt is a powerhouse of fun (especially when she has her listening ears on) :0) Her pedigree is second to none. Jet and Kilt have had one litter. Walk-Up Flo is local , Walk-Up Whisper is in a working home in Canada, Walk-Up Tadhg is in a working home in Arizona, and Walk-Up Moses is in a working home in Washington. Walk-Up Yoko is with us. It will be fun to watch them grow and start on stock. Yoko appears to be a blend of both sire and dam.
I am a critical care RN MSN at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and an adjunct clinical teacher for a local community college.
I'm always on the go....I'm afraid I might miss something. I have a deep love of animals, teaching, hiking, competition, photography, and traveling. I love laughing with good friends. I have the mindset that every day you get up is a good day worthy of celebrating. Don't sweat the small stuff :0)
