TMT

1. If you won the lottery (a big one... I'm talking stupid muchos cash) what would you do with the money?
I'm guessing most people would do this.  Pay off our mortgage. Pay off  my son's mortgage.  Buy a house for my grandson.  Put a small caretaker's house on the poperty so we could leave anytime we wanted to while having someone trustworthy take care of our place and dogs.  We always donate $$ to the homeless in the U.S., so I'm sure we would have a Thanksgiving feast and Christmas party for as many as we could.  This list could go on and on....so best stop there.

2. After winning the lottery would you work a day job? If so, what would you do?
I LOVE my job as a critical care nurse, but coming up on 62 yrs. of age, I think I'd like to retire.  My body is pretty beat up after all the years of nursing and the general population is getting bigger and bigger.  I've always been inclined to write a book (nothing to do with dogs).  Most likely, I'd retire and travel around the US in an RV visting all the spots I'd like to see.

3. Do you have any auxiliary dogs? Auxiliary dogs are dogs that are not essential to your main purpose (usually tiny, but not always). If you don't have an auxiliary dog what might you choose?

Even though they are both master agility dogs, we consider them auxilliary dogs since sheep herding has taken over our household.  We have a 13 year old Labrador and a 9 year old JRT.

4. Do you have a favorite crock pot recipe (or other recipe) you can share?

Chicken and broccoli.  Cook up a bunch of chicken breasts (don't overcook) and shred into bite size pieces once cooled.  Clean a whole bunch of broccoli florets.  Have a bag of already shredded cheddar cheese.  Also, get a bag of croutons.  And a couple of cans of chicken mushroom soup.  Throw the 2 cans of soup in a bowl, add a little mayo, a little lemon, a touch of cayenne.  Taste...if you need something else, toss it in. Layer the crock pot.  First a layer of chicken, then broccoli  florets, some of the soup mixture, shredded cheese and croutons.  Repeat again and again if you have enough ingredients.  Top with some paprika.  Always tastes better the 2nd day, kind of like potato salad. :0)
