I worked three 12 hour shifts with two of them back to back and then got up at 4 am the next day to drive down to Perris to trial Yoko in two AHBA trials. Both were arena trials. I thought one was a ranch trial, or I might not have gone for two arena trials. I really haven't done much arena work with Yoko. Jet is the "master" of the arena. I brought Jet just to watch his daughter and keep me company. Yoko didn't fail me. There were some 13 or so dogs in the advanced class for each trial. Yoko won both of the advanced classes, making her High In Trial for "both" trials.
Wayne was nice enough to pick me up some pot luck salads at Costco to take for the fabulous potluck lunch at the trial. They had grilled steak and marinated pork pieces for the entrees. Yum. I managed to get a few pieces of steak for Jet and Yoko. I had to work the next morning, so I didn't stay for the scores or awards in the afternoon, but I knew Yoko worked better in the 2nd trial than she did in the first one.
I should have named Yoko "GOOSE." She is still goosing (heeling) the sheep now and then. I don't get on her case too much, because she is pretty savvy, plus several of the advanced dogs could NOT lift the black faced sheep. The above picture was taken by a new Aussie acquaintance I met at the trial. Thanks Bill. I love the photo :0)

Congratulations!
Yoko deserved her piece of steak, and you too, and Jet just because...:)
